The Chief Executive of Santander UK, Ana Patricia Botin, and Tourism Minister John Penrose MP were the principal speakers at the BHA annual luncheon at Grosvenor House on Wednesday 22 June. Earlier, at the association’s 101st AGM, Alan Parker, former Chief Executive of Whitbread, was elected President in succession to Sir David Michels.
