A fantastic, cost-effective business opportunity for suppliers to meet top buyers of the hospitality industry

Hospitality Action is once again giving suppliers within the industry a time efficient, cost-effective opportunity to sell their products and services face-to-face to senior buyers from the Restaurant, Hotel, Pub and Contract Catering Sectors, whilst at the same time raising funds for those in our industry who desperately need our help.

Companies being represented on the day are:
BaxterStorey, Delaware North Companies, ISS Eaton, Park Plaza Hotel Group, Royal Garden Hotel, Partners in Purchasing and many more.

When & where:
This event is being held on Thursday 22nd March at Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London, W2 2TY (nearest tube Lancaster Gate) between 9.30 am and 4pm.

How it works:
During this one-day event you will have 14 guaranteed one-to-one meetings with your selection of leading decision makers from our list of buyers. You will also benefit from informal networking opportunities, with all attending buyers during lunch to ensure you do not miss a new business opportunity.

There are three packages for you to choose from:

• Package 1: Supplier Delegate – This guarantees you 14 one-to-one meetings with your selected buyers + logo and 100 words about your company in the information pack. Cost: £950 per supplier

• Package 2: Sponsorship – Supplier Delegate package + a stand in the reception area + a table to display your products + your logo on the AV throughout the day. Cost: £1,500 per company. (Please note: we only have five sponsorship opportunities available and so allocation will be based on a first come, first served basis)

• Package 3: Product Placement – Supplier Delegate Package + a great way to show the buyers your food and beverage product throughout the day! Cost: £1,150
