Voluntary principles on the Country of Origin Labelling

The British Hospitality Assocation is pleased to support the voluntary principles  on the Country of Origin labelling of food sold in Hospitality businesses.  Applying the principles allows you to inform your customers of the provenance of many of the food and food products provided by your business.  We are currently working with DEFRA to develop specific guidance for small businesses and in addition we will be holding a workshop in the spring jointly with DEFRA to discuss how businesses …
