Food Safety Culture in Businesses: request for your help

The Food Standards Agency has commissioned Greenstreet Berman Ltd to develop a method to help improve staff attitudes towards food safety and food hygiene. This work is prompted in part by a fatal outbreak of E. coli O157 in South Wales in 2005 which highlighted the importance of staff behaviours in businesses, particularly their attitudes towards applying good food hygiene working practices.
