The hospitality industry’s networking association, Arena, has collaborated with industry analysts, Allegra Strategies, to add real value to the Arena lunch on 17 July 2012, at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, London.
A special briefing of Allegra’s Project Restaurant report – which is usually held on an exclusive basis for Allegra’s Food Strategy Forum members – will be delivered to all attendees at the Arena event, prior to the traditional networking lunch featuring guest speaker Simon Kossoff, Chief Executive Officer, Carluccio’s.
