Babylon Restaurant shows its style with London Fashion Week inspired cocktail menu

Award-winning restaurant, Babylon at The Roof Gardens in Kensington, has launched a special cocktail menu to celebrate London Fashion Week from the 14th – 18th September.
Babylon’s fashion week cocktails are designed to allow diners to enjoy some of the creativity and drama that London’s fashion crowd are known for. The decadent treats offered on the menu are the only way for the sartorially savvy to toast the talent of the Capital, 100ft above Kensington High Street.
The unique concoctions created by the Babylon bar team are:
- Drambuie Vuitton – The ultimate glam experience consists of Drambuie, fresh mint and honey, topped with Champagne
- Mai Armani Tai (my Armani tie) – a twist on the classic Mai Tai, with the added glamour of orange cognac liqueur.
- Dolce and Banana – a modern take on a banana daiquiri, topped with a foam and finished with a banana brûlée crisp.
Max Butterfield, Babylon Assistant Bars Manager commented: “Coming up in September is London Fashion Week which is a fantastic opportunity for us to model some designer based drinks and play around with some avant-garde presentation techniques.”
All drinks are served in gilded glassware with sparkly gold sprayed garnishes and will be available from the 14th until the 18th September.
