Marking the launch of a new report from Nestlé Professional® - “Make Their Stay” - the research1 found that whilst 93% of hotels consider great food and drink provision to be important to business, just 50% currently feel they are exploiting all potential profit opportunities.

This is significant, as for hotel guests, getting your food and drink ‘right’ can make a world of difference…

In fact, for 8 in 10 guests2 (87%), great food and drink provision is an important part of their stay, and 72% are more likely to leave a positive review if they receive unexpected ‘freebies’ such as welcome drinks and after dinner mints.
