Tourism VAT Debate

Tomorrow will see the first ever debate on Tourism and VAT in the House of Commons. This is thanks to you and other BHA members in making the case that British hospitality and tourism businesses should compete on a level playing field with our European competitors.

The debate in Parliament will cover the arguments and evidence for a VAT reduction for the following sectors:

  • Hotels and accommodation
  • Restaurants and catering
  • Visitor attractions
