We started ACT Clean with the ambition of revolutionizing standards of contract cleaning within the luxury hospitality industry.

We do that by providing a managed service. Most people don’t actually know what that looks like in reality. Because most other companies say they do it but they don’t.

This is what we do:

  • We recruit permanent staff legally entitled work in this country. We take only the best people and invest in thorough training so they provide the best standards for you.
  • We treat our people with respect.  We pay them a fair, legal wage, on time, directly into their bank accounts. Not only is that the right thing to do, it means they work harder for us and you.
  • We train our people to do whatever they can to help you. And because they all speak English, they’ll actually know what’s being asked of them.  What’s more, that means they can communicate with your guests too.
  • We have a supervisor or manager on your premises making sure everything is done just how you want it.  We also have a team of day and night operations managers who visit to check standards, help the team and deal with any problems.
  • But communication and responsiveness is more than answering the phone.   We are always there when you need us, whatever time of day or night.
  • We know what good looks like.
