We strive to serve quality produce, which is local wherever possible. Fresh fish and shellfish are a regular feature on our menus with crab and lobster supplied by a local company. Our meat is of the finest quality, mostly being Welsh and local in origin. In the summer our fruit and vegetables are often grown on the island.
Ann’s Pantry is evolving for 2012, we will be focusing more on home grown fruit, vegetable and produce from our garden for use in the kitchen. We are also going to be using more fair trade tea and speciality coffee, to go with our ever changing choice of cakes for afternoon tea.
