A winning formula
Following a successful career with Sutcliffe Catering and Compass Group, Wendy started bartlett mitchell 15 years ago, with her business partner Ian Mitchell, with just two phones, a desk and an unwavering belief in team values. The steadfast recipe of honesty, openness, integrity and providing a fun place to work where everyone feels valued, together with the desire to provide exceptional food and delightful service to create and sustain long-term relationships with everyone involved, certainly worked. Today the company boasts a turnover of over £30million and operates at 87 locations around the UK with 800+ staff.
