I have been managing luxury hotels, independent restaurants and contract venues for more than 25 years. During my career I have been fortunate to work for Hilton, Four Seasons, & Swissotel as well as Compass Group and I have attended the Cornell PDP program in 1991, 1992 & 1994. For seven years I owned and managed Dish Dash, a small chain of restaurants in South West London. In 2010, I joined Bespoke Hotels as General Manager of The Bermondsey Square Hotel in SE London and now as Regional Operations Manager for the group, I am responsible for our small portfolio of hotels in London. I have been an active member of the E1 General Managers for the past 6 years and assumed the Chairmanship in 2015, when I also joined the London Committee of the BHA. Through this close association I enjoy hearing first-hand the important work that they are doing for hospitality as well as the ongoing promotion of our industry to the next generation of Hoteliers.
