Research for Defra on micro businesses and environmental regulation

GHK has been commissioned by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) to explore how environmental regulation (including regulation related to waste, recycling, solvents, batteries, etc.) impacts on small businesses, and how future regulation can be designed in a way that minimises the burden for the smallest businesses whilst still achieving environmental outcomes.
