The Food Standards Agency has commissioned Greenstreet Berman Ltd to develop a method to help improve staff attitudes towards food safety and food hygiene. This work is prompted in part by a fatal outbreak of E. coli O157 in South Wales in 2005 which highlighted the importance of staff behaviours in businesses, particularly their attitudes towards applying good food hygiene working practices. New Chairman for SALSA Scheme
