Details: Come and taste over 20 sample dishes from across Scotland. These will be prepared by level 2 Hospitality students of Queen Margaret University and Jewel & Esk College.
Learn the tricks of renowned Scottish chefs; you'll be with them in the training kitchens. Throughout the day learn more about the best of Scottish food and drink products.
