Details: Food and Drink Journalism is a two-day residential course run by Guy Dimond, Food Editor of Time Out and Susan Low, Deputy Editor of Delicious.

Two of the UK's most experienced food journalists provide a comprehensive programme for those with a professional or keen amateur interest in food and drink journalism, cultural commentary and media. No experience in writing or working in food media is required.

The course will examine various media - newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs, Twitter, books, radio and television - to fully prepare those who want to find an outlet for their literary talents.

The course will be held in the beautiful and historic setting of Hertford College, University of Oxford. From its medieval origins Hertford has grown to become a world-class centre for learning.
