Best Practice Forum

The Best Practice Forum – a strategic alliance between the British Hospitality Association and nine of the industry’s leading employer associations, VisitBritain and other industry partners.

As one of 15 Industry Forums within current membership of the BERR Industry Forum Network, the Best Practice Forum is seeking to improve business processes, and drive up productivity, quality and profitability through the exchange of best practice.

Hospitality Action

Hospitality Action is the trade charity for the hospitality industry and is chaired by BHA Chief Executive, Bob Cotton.

The charity offers a range of services to past and present employees within the industry.

National Skills Academy - Hospitality

The National Skills Academy; a not for profit organistation limited by guarantee; defines excellence in hospitality development and is chaired by Bob Cotton OBE, Chief Executive of the British Hospitality Association.

The National Skills Academy for Hospitality will:
  • Identify the best places to learn
  • Shine a light on them
  • Make this excellence more readily available
  • Provide industry and learner with an assurance that where you see the logo it means excellence and adds value to businesses and individuals alike
So that whether you are a learner, an employee, an employer or perhaps a parent looking out for the best interests of your loved ones you know which places run the best programmes to the highest standards.
