Performing Right Society Agreement

Following our agreement with the Performing Right Society about music (TVs, etc) in hotel bedrooms, this is a reminder that we are advising members to pay PRS for this music with effect from their licence year starting in 2009.

All PRS hotel licensees with bedroom music payments in dispute or due will be receiving a letter from PRS, setting out the amount to be paid. PRS reserves the right to seek payment for years before 2009 if payment for 2009-10 is not made by the latest of 15 January 2010 or 28 days after receipt of the relevant invoice. This applies to non-BHA members as well as members.
