About Young Chef Young Waiter
The Young Chef Young Waiter awards are now in their 25th year and wish to encourage entries from those who are passionate about food and its service!
Young Chef Young Waiter has established itself as the industry's favorite youth skills event by offering spectacular prizes and a unique competition structure that pairs the skills of both kitchen and front of house staff in a modern restaurant environment.
Young Chef Young Waiter is a national competition for the hospitality industry's stars of tomorrow. Chefs and Waiters who wish to compete must be aged 25 or under (up until 31 December 2009). All entrants must also be in full time employment within the UK to enter the competition.
