Regional and National Finals

Once you have successfully completed paper entry our panel of esteemed judges will select the Young Chefs and Young Waiters who will come through to regional finals in the North and South.

Winning Young Chefs and Young Waiters from the North and South regional heats will then go through to compete at the national final.

Young chefs will compete at:
North:Darlington College
Wednesday, 8 September 2010
South:Thames Valley University, Ealing
Wednesday, 15 September 2010
Young waiters will compete at:
North:Seaham Hall, Co Durham
Thursday, 9 September 2010
South:Hotel Verta, London
Thursday, 16 September 2010
The National Final will be held at:
Westminster Kingsway College, London
Wednesday, 20 October 2010
Winners' Presentation
The Restaurant Association will announce the overall winning Young Chef and Young Waiter at a glamorous presentation dinner to be held on the evening of Wednesday, 20 October at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
