Jason Atherton to headline new Food Service 2020 conference at Hotelympia 2016:  1-2 March

This new two-day conference is designed to deliver disruptive, trailblazing ideas for foodservice of the future. Sensory experiences, inspirational restaurant design, emerging foodservice trends and neuromarketing are just some of the topics on the must-see agenda.

Hear from the brains behind some of the UK’s boldest brands, including chef and restaurateur Jason Atherton, YO! Sushi, Kitchen Theory and The Set.

Other names on the line-up include Bartlett Mitchell, M&C Allegra Foodservice, plus Pizza Rossa and Afroditi Krassa CEO, Corrado Accardi, the designer behind restaurants including Itsu, Café Rouge and Dishoom.

Food Service 2020 takes place on 1-2 March at Hotelympia 2016 and is aimed at foodservice consultants, architectural practices, interior designers, facilities managers, equipment manufacturers and management consultants.
