The BHA has invited experts from Yelp and TripAdvisor who will join us for a discussion on how restaurants can gain value from user-generated review websites and discuss areas which can be improved upon to encourage a continued mutually beneficial relationship.
Hospitality industry has become one of the most dynamic and competitive industries in the UK, especially in London. Restaurateurs have to look beyond traditional sales and marketing tactics when planning their communication strategies not just to attract and retain customers, but to also appeal towards their most powerful critics - the everyday reviewer, blogger, tweeter.
This forum will provide an open and positive arena for discussion on how best to benefit from these sites and provide the opportunity for the Group as a whole to give useful suggestions on how the parties can work together on fair user review process.
