See a whole host of leading chefs and industry experts sharing their talents and expertise and showcasing their skills throughout an intense schedule of workshops, demonstrations and panel debates in Centre Stage.
The impressive line-up of confirmed chefs includes Joan Roca, Jason Atherton, Mark Sargeant, Angela Hartnett, Gizzi Erskine, James ‘Jocky’ Petrie, Will Torrent, Carl Clarke, Albert Roux and Francesco Mazzei – to name just a few.
The Restaurant Show will once again be buzzing as it hosts some of the industry’s leading competitions, including National Chef of the Year, Compass Group Chef of the Year culinary competition, Event Caterers Awards and new to The Restaurant Show - the UK Pastry Open.
