Breakfast is locally sourced with dry cured Yorkshire bacon from Taste Tradition in Cold Kirby (6 miles) farm fresh eggs from Ebberston (15 miles) sausages from the Masham Sausage Shop in the Yorkshire Dales, mushrooms from Topcliffe near Thirsk. Occasional appearances of black pudding from Doreen Hague and smoked salmon from Yoadwath Mill complete your excellent morning repast prior to your exploring.
