This was to promote the benefits of the scheme to both trade buyers and suppliers. Food Expo takes place every two years at the NEC and is the UK's largest food and drink exhibition. more |

SALSA GROWTH:
SALSA has been going from strength to strength with a busy start to the year. January saw the launch of Issue 2 of the SALSA Standard, the minor changes to the Standard have been very well received with very few problems. 2009 saw Scheme growth over 2008 increase by 51% and 55% respectively for membership and audits booked. Encouragingly this growth is visible this year with February producing a record month for members joining the Scheme, all keen to source the guidance SALSA offers and gain approval as soon as possible. more
