The Restaurant Show 2015 – Extending your audience with a bigger venue and a new complementary show
In 2014 The Restaurant Show attracted a record number of exhibitors, with 130 companies already confirmed to exhibit in 2015. In 2015, The Restaurant Show will be moving to a bigger, better location at London’s premier exhibition venue, Olympia. We will also launch a brand new highly complementary and co-located show that will extend the audience for The Restaurant Show exhibitors and enrich your commercial opportunities.
The Conscious Hospitality Show will run alongside The Restaurant Show in its new home from 5 to 7 October 2015. Absolutely in tune with the evolving consciousness of today’s diners, The Conscious Hospitality Show will address the issues they care about most. “The age of the conscious consumer has arrived,” says Dan Dixon, Event Directorat William Reed Business Media “When it comes to food and dining, latest research shows that health and nutrition, responsible sourcing, sustainability and business ethics are top of the agenda and that consumers actively favour restaurants and foodservice establishments that have a strong track record in these areas. “We’re creating The Conscious Hospitality Show to help these establishments gain competitive advantage by addressing issues proactively and positively within their businesses.”
The Conscious Hospitality Show will deliver added value for The Restaurant Show’s 10,000 strong core audience and is also expected to attract a whole new audience of food service businesses, of which there are over 300,000 across the UK. Visitors will pass seamlessly between the two shows, maximising the audience potential for both.
