Restel’s New Online Booking Website by MediaConcepts Offers the Easiest and Most Flexible Way to Book


Guests can search, book and customise their stay at any of Restel’s three brands.

Optimised for all devices, the responsive site uses MediaConcepts’ Jasmine Booking and integrates with Restel’s property management system (PMS). This allows users to search for rates and availability in real-time, and sends bookings directly to Restel’s PMS. In addition, the site offers a quick (but optional) online profile creation process which gives users access to their current and previous bookings, and makes it even faster for them to make future bookings.

Visitors to Restel’s new booking website can expect a fast loading, intuitive interface; clear imagery and descriptions; flexible search options with calendar views; simple steps to make single and multiple room bookings; a recommendation engine that offers room upgrade and add-on purchase options; an integrated payment gateway; currency conversion; pre-arrival online check-in and more.

Restel’s new booking website also allows its corporate clients and travel partners to access and book negotiated rates. A customised portal will give Restel’s corporate clients a secure area to manage their travellers’ profiles, bookings (individual and event/group), as well as access reports on travel patterns.
