Annual Hotel General Managers’ Conference

The theme for the hotel industry’s premier annual forum is People & Places. The programme has been designed to provide us with insight into what motivates our customers and our teams, whilst also exploring the increasing impact of technology in every aspect of our lives.

Amongst the impressive line-up of speakers at this year’s conference, we will have Arthur de Haast from Jones Lang LaSalle, Mario Jobbe the COO of Brand Karma, Rebecca Stephens MBE, Gavin Esler, Sir David Michels, and our gala dinner guest speaker will be Tom Parker-Bowles. The sessions are relevant to managers at all levels across the spectrum of the industry, and the conference remains the only one of its type, inspired and delivered by general managers for general managers.

The full delegate conference package is offered at the attractive rate of £420 per person (including VAT): this includes the conference, lunch on both days and the champagne reception and black tie dinner.

You are also able to book for a day only session at £175 (inclusive of VAT) per day and £175 (inclusive of VAT) for the champagne reception and black tie dinner.
