As you know, in hospitality the experience really matters. And the experience starts before customers have even arrived at your door, possibly before they have arrived in the destination. How do you get more people to know about your business, the great things you’re doing; get more customers talking about you; and then spending their money at your place? How will working with others in your destination help you grow your business?
To help hospitality businesses discuss and debate these key issues, we are delighted to be partnering with VisitEngland; VisitScotland; and Visit Wales; with the support of VisitBritain; London & Partners; and Barclays Bank to run a series of workshops across the UK this autumn.
We will shed light on the often complex layers of domestic and international destination marketing and management as well as key consumer and technology trends to help you and your business continue to drive growth in the visitor economy
