The 28th National Restaurateurs' Dinner (NRD) will take place at The Dorchester, Park Lane on Tuesday 28th April 2015. This dinner is organised by Academy of Food & Wine Service, The Restaurant Association and the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts to raise funds for education and training initiatives operated by each association. Over the years, funds from the dinner have gone on to help programmes such as the Annual Awards of Excellence, Master of Culinary Arts, Sommelier of The Year, Restaurant Manager of the Year, Young Chef Young Waiter and the Big Hospitality Conversation.
The 2015 National Restaurateurs' Dinner will be a celebration event with the opportunity to win fantastic prizes and the chance to bid on spectacular auction lots.
Hosted by Henry Brosi, Executive Chef at The Dorchester, joining him are Mark Sergeant, Chef/Director at Rocksalt, Oliver Lesnik, Chef de Cuisine at L’Escargot, Jeff Galvin MCA, Chef Patron at Galvin Restaurants, Ross Sneddon, Head Pastry Chef at Claridge's and Martyn Nail, Executive Chef at Claridge's. The ticket price includes a Champagne Moutard reception and a delicious four course meal with wines matched to each course from the UK Guild of Wine Service.
