The Tourism Society hosts its prestigious Annual Dinner at the House of Commons, hosted by the Society's President Lord Thurso MP FTS and attended by Society members and their guests. The black-tie evening includes a drinks reception followed by a delicious three-course meal. Following the after-dinner speeches Lord Thurso will present the Tourism Society Award, given to an organisation or individual that has made a significant contribution to tourism in the UK. Recent winners have included the University of Surrey, Springboard UK, Michel Roux Jr, the National Trust and Ken Livingstone.
