Roger has over 14 years’ consulting experience, focussing on research and business strategy development. His
work has included brand strategy development, customer research, employee satisfaction, concept testing,
brand valuation and return on investment modelling. He has carried out over 100 research and consulting
projects across most major industries.
He has extensive knowledge of the casual dining and pub dining sectors via his firm’s syndicated research
‘The Big Restaurant Survey’, which is bought by almost all the major players and from doing additional ad hoc
research for a number of the key brands including Nando’s, Bella Italia, Byron, ASK Italian, Zizzi, Carluccio’s,
Wahaca and YO! Sushi.
Prior to co-founding Morar, he worked at Interbrand for five years.
