I/we hereby apply on behalf of my company to be elected to be a member of the British Hospitality Association and I/we undertake, if elected, to abide by the Articles of Association and bye-laws or regulations or code of practice for the time being in force.
I/we fully understand that the association may exercise its right not to elect or re-elect any member who does not conduct business in accordance with the statutory requirements related to the hotel and catering industry, or otherwise fails to maintain the standards expected of members as set out in the Association’s Code of Practice and the Code of Practice for Food and Service Management.

I/we understand that as part of my membership, I/we give BHA a right to contact me/us with regards to my/our membership subscription, BHA’s activities, newsletter, events, policies updates, surveys, offers and other subjects that the organisation may see fit.
These terms and conditions are subject to change by notice. We will be entitled to amend or vary the terms of this Agreement from time to time upon reasonable notice to you unless such amendment or variation is required sooner as a result of a change of Applicable Regulation.
